Day 23: Vidcon, Round Number 2 [07/30/11] Vidcon was once again incredibly overwhelming. I spent the morning doing things like filming an autotuned music video (I did the macarena for 2 minutes in the music video, and we edited it to make it look like I was dancing at locations all around the world.) I got a ton of sweet schwag, including youtube tube socks and a USB drive that looks like a key that you can stick on your keychain. I met a number of youtubers I respect and I ended up acting in a few random youtube web series simply because I was passing by in the hallway. In the finale, Charlie McDonnell (youtube celebrity from Britain) took off his pants while dancing. Tumblr promptly broke with people uploading animated gifs of the experience. I didn't eat a real meal until 7 in the evening, when I went to a nearby grocery store and concocted tacos in their microwaves.
